Kevin and Marybeth share a passion for living a happy, healthy life, but our journey hasn’t always been smooth. We’ve been married for over 42 years, starting from humble beginnings and facing numerous challenges in our relationship, careers, family, and health. Along the way, we’ve had to overcome societal pressures and personal struggles to become the best versions of ourselves, both individually and as a couple. Together, we’ve conquered obstacles such as obesity, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and other relationship issues that tried to stand in our way. Now, we’re here to help you find your path to a healthier life and stronger relationships.
Through this blog, we will share our stories as individuals and as a couple. We live in South Florida, where we cherish time with our two adult children, two grandchildren, and our beloved dogs, Lucky (a Husky) and Jagger (an Australian Shepherd).
We make a dynamic team, having trained for and completed over 75 half marathons together, along with countless shorter races. Join us on this journey, train alongside us, and let us inspire and support you in your quest for a happier, healthier life.
